What is the Audi Virtual Counter?

Audi Virtual Counter is an all-inclusive website designed for both customers and dealers in mind. As a customer, you will be able to browse the full accessories and collection catalog available from Audi, as well as transact business with dealers including an e-commerce solution. As a dealer you can browse the catalog, update merchandise pricing, adjust shipping rates, build accessories quotes, and create "Magic Pockets" for use on your sales floor.

Does my dealership have an online catalog?

All Audi dealerships are provided with an accessories site called the Audi Virtual Counter. Dealer Log In

Dealers can log into the Audi Virtual Counter either through the National Audi Accessories site or through Audi Access using SSO (Single Sign On). SSO Log in via Audi Access: Log into Audi Access with your credentials. Navigating the Virtual Counter

Once logged in, you you will have dealer specific options. You will notice that your dealership name, location, and contact information will be visible. As well as additional dealer capabilities. Notice the navigation icon on the top left, also known as a "hamburger". Clicking on the "hamburger" icon gives you quick links to model specific accessories and SimplePart Control Panel access. Building Quotes

Building Quotes is a dealer-specific function. Once your customer's items are in the cart, click "Quote" and complete the customer quote criteria. For example; fitment, pricing, quote expiration, method (financing or one-time payment) and customer name will need to be completed. This is located under _Dealer Functions_. Adding Items to Cart

You may have a customer on the phone, at the counter, or through email correspondence, who wants specific items. You can add these items in the cart by navigating the catalog through _Model_ > _Year_ or by using the Quick Add feature. Using the Quick Add feature requires the specific part number and quantity to add to the cart. To add more than the four items, click "_Add More +_" _Tip: Quantities in the cart can be changed manually and will automatically update the cart total. _ Now t...

Magic Pockets

Adding items to the cart not only allows you to generate quotes for customers, but you can print an accessory list or "Magic Pocket" for your available vehicle. _Tip: Printing a Magic Pocket or Quotes will include your dealership name. When building quotes for customers, you may be applying an labor rate or internal rate. You can add your dealership retail labor rate in the SimplePart Control Panel.
