What is VW Online Store and Online Catalog?

VW Online Store and Online Catalog is an all-inclusive website designed for both customers and dealers in mind. As a customer, you will be able to browse the full accessories catalog available from Volkswagen, as well as transact business with dealers who have included an e-commerce option. As a dealer, you can browse the online accessories catalog, update merchandise pricing, set labor rates, build accessories quotes, and create "Magic Pockets" for use on your sales floor.

Access Levels in SimplePart Control Panel

Your dealership level, which is determined by VW, allows you to access certain areas within the SimplePart Control Panel. Whether you are a Parts Manager or a Parts Consultant, the following list shows what areas in the Control Panel you have access to. Does my dealership have an Online Accessories Catalog?

All Volkswagen dealerships have free access to the online accessories catalog through VW Online Catalog. The online accessories catalog is free for dealers and consumers to access, with the capability to upgrade to e-commerce. Dealer Log In

Dealers can log in to the Online Accessories Catalog portion of VW Online Catalog either through the National VW Accessories site or through the VW Hub using SSO (Single Sign On). Option 1: Logging in through VW Hub (SSO): Log into VW Hub with your credentials. Once logged in you you will have dealer-specific options. You will notice that your dealership name, location, and contact information will be visible. Adding Items to Cart

You may have a customer on the phone, at the counter, or through email correspondence, who wants specific items. You can add these items in the List / Cart by navigating the catalog through Model > Year or by using the Quick Add feature. Using the Quick Add feature requires the specific part number and quantity to add to the List / Cart. To add more than four items click "_Add More +_" _Tip: Quantities in the cart can be changed manually and will automatically update the cart total. _ ...

Building Quotes

Building Quotes is a dealer-specific function. Once your customer's items are in the cart, click "Quote" and complete the customer quote criteria. For example; fitment, pricing, quote expiration, method (financing or one time payment) and customer name will need to be completed. This is located under Dealer Functions. Adding items to the cart not only allows you to generate quotes for customers, but you can print an accessory list or "Magic Pocket" for your vehicle.
